TULSA, Okla. – The pre-entry process is open for drivers planning to compete in the April 9-10 USAC NOS Energy Drink National Midget Series events at Port City Raceway.
The second running of the Werco Manufacturing T-Town Midget Showdown presented by the Rayce Rudeen Foundation will be contested over back-to-back nights at the eighth-mile Oklahoma dirt track.
All drivers and teams can pre-enter now at https://usacracing.ticketspice.com/2021-t-town-entry. Doing so gets teams prepped for the two race days, and teams must pre-enter to guarantee a spot in the main pit area for the weekend.
Recently, it was announced that FK Indy ($1,001) and Priority Aviation ($1,000) have added to the purse to raise the winner’s share to $7,001 for the Saturday, April 10 feature.
The Saturday event is the second of two consecutive nights for the series at the 1/8-mile dirt track, which features complete shows on both April 9-10. Hot laps, qualifying and heat races will precede the C, B and A-Main events.
Friday night’s event will pay $3,000 to the winner.
Tyler Courtney was victorious in last year’s inaugural series event at Port City, while Justin Grant won the Saturday night finale.
